Contest Entry : My Favorite Steemit Experience

Fellow steemians, I hope you are fit as a fiddle by the grace of God.

It is a pleasure for me to take part in this contest in our community to talk about my favorite steemit experience. Indeed, steemit has given me so many memories and experiences to cherish and hold onto for quite some time now. I have been fortunate to take part in virtual conferences, meetups, shopping games, and so on.

But the experience that I really cherished was that of our meetups both at the Sapphire Gardens and also at the X5 Pub in Kumasi. These were great events for me to learn from the experts of steemit including our country representatives who were present.

We had such a wonderful experience together and I could not believe the ups and downs through which some of our leaders have fought through on this platform.

We come on board and think it is very easy to stack up a lot of steem power and become whales on steemit. But from the presentations they made, they made we realize that it is only determination, consistency and hardwork that will get us to our final destination.

I was very proud to have been part of this and think that anyone that missed was really left out a big deal.

Meetups make me realize how much of a family we are as steemians and that we can be a great and powerful force if we work together at all times.

The most important thing is for us to be on the same page regarding the target we have set for ourselves as a community and should all lean towards that direction. That way, we will all be focused on the task at hand.

These events are my favorite experiences so far and I hope we get to witness more of such.
