THE DIARYGAME - 26/07/2022 - TAKING SOME VACINATIONS IN MY AREA TODAY

It is important that we take our health very seriously and as such, we must do what we can to always stay healthy at all times. Prevention, they say, is better than cure. So we must first try to prevent the disease from happening in the first place.
We therefore do so by taking vaccines. Vaccination is a way through which certain pathogens are introduced to our body system to help boost our immune systems towards fighting off certain infections.
Today, the ones I took are meant to help stop covid and hepatitis B.
As for the vaccine for hepatitis B, we had taken it a while back but it seems the time has reached for us to take the next shots.
I was reminded of this by my mother last week so as they came around today, I made a friend of mine who lives in the area to tell me about it. I then went there quickly to receive my injections.
It is a bit painful, especially that of the covid vaccine. But I still managed to take it since I have seen what it can do to someone who gets affected.
After taking these vaccines, I went back home to get something to eat since I hadn't taken anything yet.
Vaccines are very good and it helps a lot especially to those who are sick. Honestly I don't like taking vaccine,I will rather go for pills. I hope one day I over come this challenge . Thank you for sharing with us. Steem on
