SEC-S10W1 – Antes y Después
What we are living is a form of reality, what will happen tomorrow is a form of hope and yesterday is a form of past and an experience. The hope is that what has been planned can be carried out properly, the results will make it much more special.
My weight has been a problem lately, my stomach looks bloated and often I'm not so confident when I walk. Even at some moments I have to hold my breath so that the T-shirt I use doesn't expand too much. When taking photos, for example, even photographers have to repeat several times because the results are beyond expectations.
Sometimes in the afternoon I play football, but it's not routine, there's no change, I just play to sweat or because of the love of football. But the field is only used for practice only 2 times a week, the rest of the field will be booked by people who need it for matches.
Here I can't make football a routine sport or a stomach-shrink program. I signed up to become a member at one of the gyms in Banda Aceh. Focus on programs to shrink your stomach and restore your previously depleted physique. Even though I don't spend every day at the gym, maybe only 4-5 times a week and about 2 hours each day, the changes are increasingly visible. A body that seems to be getting lighter and a physique that is slowly getting better. Previously, 30 minutes on the field, running and playing football exhausted the body and ended the game early. Now I can play and end the game to the end.
The stomach doesn't really show significant changes, but I was able to coordinate with the trainer and it does need a process, the most important thing now is that the muscles can form, regular exercise and adequate food intake is also what is most needed, of course food that contains lots of proteins.
For about 3 weeks I designed an exercise program with 4-5 days a week, now my body is healthier and my weight is getting ideal, I keep trying it for maximum results. The first try in a month gave positive results, I will re-apply for the 2nd month.

Poco a poco el cambio se hará más notable si tienes constancia y disciplina, ya tomaste el paso de comenzar y lo que debes hacer es no parar hasta llegar a tu aspecto y peso ideal, que sea algo con lo que tú te sientas bien y cómodo, no lo hagas para agradar a las personas. Hazlo para Dios, para ti y para tu salud.

Berat badan yang tidak seimbang membuat tubuh seakan cepat lelah dan memberikan efek rasa malas. Setidaknya olahraga bisa mengeluarkan keringat dan tubuh lebih sehat..
