UEFA Champions League - Part 21

1975-76 Champions League was the 21th version of this tournament. It was held between 17 September 1975 and 12 May 1976.

32 clubs competed in the tournament. 61 matches were played with 202 goals scored. An average of 3.31 goals per match.

Four clubs were able to qualify to the semi-finals of the tournament: Bayern Munich, Saint Etienne, Real Madrid and PSV Eindhoven.

The final game of the tournament was held in Hampden Park, Glasgow in 12 May 1976 between Bayern Munich and Saint Etienne. The german club was able to win the game 1-0 and to clinch his third consecutive European title.

Jupp Heynches from Germany, Borussia Mönchengladbach was the top goalscorer of the tournament with 6 goals.
