RUSSIAN SONG TRANSLATED INTO ENDLISH BY ME

Hello beautiful people! I thought that probably it would be interesting to add some more musical creativity to this community. So today, let me share with you my English cover of a Russian song.

From time to time, I take some Russian songs that I like, translate them into English, preserving their original meaning and sometimes even rhymes. Then I shoot my covers and post in all on my YouTube channel. There are only several covers because it is just a hobby that I occupy myself with when having some spare time.

This particular song I translated a year ago, but only found time this month to shoot it and share. In comparison to my other covers, this one was created with a help of professional musicians, and I feel really grateful for that.

I hope you enjoy it!

Lyrics:

Late-night napkin writing
At cozy bar counter
She’s lyrics uniting
The girl with a guitar
Her teardrops encounter
With white shirt from Zara

Pick up your change friend
And tie in a large knot
Those wheezing vocal cords
Believe me, don’t cry
And it’s gonna be different
You’ll get all your rewards

When you sing, you see their heads roll
Yet some time you stagger and
You’ll know how low you can fall
So please wake up
Don’t make mistake no
You have a price doll
You have a price doll
