Why you should vote for Homesteaders Co-op (plus a quick contest!)
I'm sure you've all heard that @theycallmedan is hosting a contest with a TWENTY THOUSAND Steem Power delegation up for grabs.
I'm gonna try and tell you why you should vote for @homesteaderscoop.
The reason is simple:
HSCO, as we like to abbreviate our little community, is a group of sustainability-oriented people that are adding real life value to the steem blockchain.
How do you add value to a blockchain, you ask? By making it a simple, effective, everyday medium of exchange for everyday physical goods. @sagescrub has poured his heart and soul into creating a functional marketplace where steemians can buy and sell sustainably produced goods and services with Steem, SBD, and USD. A vote for HSCO is a vote for mass adoption.
How else do you add value to a blockchain? By helping onboard and support new people on the platform! At the end of every post at @homesteaderscoop, one thing you'll see is that we can help you get a free steem account with no wait and no cost, and provide a small delegation to go with it. Now, while nobody has taken us up on a free and instant steem account yet, that hasn't stopped us from organically forming a rocking welcoming party for new folks and supporting them along the way. Wanna see? Check for yourself! Go there and enter "homesteaderscoop" in the steem ID. You can see that, at time of this writing, we currently delegate to thirteen minnows on steem, half of them were added just this month. Each of those folks was brought to our attention by a member of our community and welcomed by various active members. A vote for HSCO is a vote for growth on STEEM.
