Found my old Game Boy system - For sale in Steem
I've spent a lot of time cleaning out the spare bedroom that has collected all our stuff in bags and boxes for years and was surprised that I still had this Game boy. This is the original model form 1989 and after taking a few minutes to clean it off I wondered does it still work?
Loading it with some fresh batteries I flipped it on and it didn't power up. Then I took the batteries out and gave the connectors a good cleaning. Popping the batteries back it and flipping the power switch on bam it works! I kept looking through the box and found the old case that contained 12 games. I had instant flashbacks testing all the games and yes they are working just like new. I remember trying to hide this in my backpack and sneaking it into school when I had time to play. For some reason I never got caught because I still have it.
I think I'm going to sell it on ebay however if anyone is interested let me know and I'd be willing to let it go for 75 steem shipped if you live in the US. Comment below and I'll respond. :)
