Country Representative Report, Week Ending 11/07/2022 - Club75

It is a pleasure to have the opportunity to come your way once again this week with a report of my activities. For this report, I would be covering my activities from the past two weeks because I couldn't present my weekly report the previous week due to some personal issues.

This report would be a look at the submissions of booming support for steem-ghana, support through curation with my account and that of the community's curation account as well as my journey to club 100. And so without wasting much time let me jump straight into it.

In collaboration with my colleague rep jawan, we were able to come up with an application for booming support within the week which was compiled and submitted by myself. Booming support has been part of the blockchain for a while now and has been a massive support for the Ghanaian community and we believe that when we continue to be a beneficiary our community will continue to flourish.

Over the years that booming support has been available in Ghana leaders have always made sure to use it only for members due to the steem pod support we gain and we will continue to do this to ensure that members continue to benefit the most from the booming support since it is meant for them. We certainly hope that our application will be considered.

Within the past two weeks, I was able to organize a contest where members got the opportunity to share with the community some of their favorite memories and experiences as children. The entries were massive and it got many others who are not even Ghanaians to join our community to participate.

After a successful contest, I was able to comb through the entries to come out with three good winners who shared some beautiful images as well as amazing stories with us. I couldn't extend to 5 selections because our resources weren't sufficient. But I am grateful that @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 continue to support us and our members through these contests.

I continue to use my effective power of now 18,563.99 SP to support my community folks as well as other individuals on the blockchain who are doing amazingly well but with more focus on Ghanaians. With my current SP, my vote is worth $0.14 at 100% manna and I vote between 50% and 100% depending on the content.

This ensures that I can get enough votes going around for everyone to also benefit from my work. Curation also focuses on individuals within club5050, club75, or club100, in addition, quality content is also considered as well as individuals who may be supporting the community on the blockchain through acts such as 25% to null. According to steemworld, I have been able to issue 96 upvotes to 55 accounts within the last 7 days.

The steem-ghana account is the official curation account which I happen to be in charge of terms of curation. I do well to support members daily to ensure that everyone benefits from it because a good number of our members have delegated to the account whereas others have also started following our curation trail.

Curation follows the same protocol of content quality, support of club5050, club75, and club100 as well as the support of the community or the blockchain in diverse ways. Currently, the account holds total power of 19,176.51 SP worth $0.15 at 100% manna. We are hoping to continue to grow it.

Powerups continue to form an integral part of the ecosystem's growth which is why I have decided to move to club100 and I only have a few months to go there. As I already stipulated during the personal issues I experienced last week I could be so much more active which affected my powerup activities.

Nonetheless, between the past two weeks thus the time since my last report I have a total of 82.402 STEEM powered up with no transfers, and for my club 75 status,, I have a total of 744.757 STEEM powered up with only 194.222 STEEM transferred. Hoping to reach club100 within the shortest possible time.
