Country Representative Report, Week Ending 14/08/2022 - Club75

It is a pleasure and privilege to have this opportunity to once again come your way with my weekly report as a country representative for Ghana. During which I get to share updates on the work I have been doing towards the betterment of my community as well as what I have been doing with the position offered to me.

For this week's report I would be focusing on my work with the booming, community update with regards to curation and steem power, curation efforts with my account as well as the steem-ghana account, and my powerup activities. Without much ado let me zoom in to the report.

As a community leader, it is paramount that day by day I use the experiences and knowledge I have acquired over the years and by my position to educate and enlighten others about things regards the blockchain to help them do the needful and also be able to help themselves as well as each other on our journey to growth.

And so I focused this article on getting members to make use of their steem power no matter how small it may be so that they could add up to the steem ecosystem by voting and supporting others no matter how small their power may be. I also reminded them of the fact that the power would recharge and thus they shouldn't be afraid to use it. This would also give the opportunity for @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02 to also support them

With an effective power of 18,740.04 SP as of the time of this report, a 100% manna curation makes the vote worth $0.15 at the current price of steem. More hope is been put into the rise of bitcoin which would hopefully come along with the rise of steem too.

So as I was saying, I do well to ensure that my steem power does not go to waste by ensuring that members of the Ghanaian community are curated daily to help add up to whatever the steem-ghana account can give them as well as booming support.

Just as it is done with my account so is it done with the steem-ghana account? Curation is done daily to ensure that members obtain the maximum level of support available via the community account. As it is also the main curation account for the community we make sure that the power is not gone to waste.

As of the time of this writeup, the effective power was hovering at 18,925.52 SP also worth $0.15 at 100% manna. Curation focuses mainly on Ghanaians across the blockchain but more within the community. It is however not limited to only Ghanaians but all who visit our community as well as those supporting the club initiatives.

I continue to remain in club75 even as I make efforts towards club100. For my club75 status, this can be confirmed with steemworld check where backdating from 14th June to date reveals a powerup of 215.725 STEEM with no transfers.

For this week I am yet to do a powerup as I have been holding the payouts that came out however I intend to power up in the week ahead to add up to my progress and hopefully be able to do even more in the days ahead.
