Country Representative Report, Week Ending 25/07/2022 - Club75

It is a pleasure and a privilege to have this opportunity to once again come your way with my report as a country representative for ghana to give a brief about the works i have been doing in my capacity to support my country men and the Ghanaian community flourish on the blockchain.

In this report would a summary of my work with the newly elected Ghanaian country rep on getting him to speed, my work with the club5050 top 3 post, powerups and curations activities with both the steem-ghana account and my personal curation. Without much ado, let me zoom in.

With the recent announcement of the newly elected country representatives for the various countries on the blockchain, juzkid was elected as Ghanaian's new country rep who is to join me in executing the duties of a CR and helping to manage the Ghanaian community on the blockchain. Since it's his first rodeo we had to have a short chat to get him sorted out.

So basically he is been introduced to the booming support program as well as the steem-ghana official account, which the keys available to me has been handed down over to him. This enables him to organize contests with the account and also write posts as well as curate members of the community with the account. He has quickly caught up and would be expected to write his first report within the incoming week.

The top 3 club post selection continues to go on and it continues to do a lot of good for the community, guiding members to come up with more quality writings that would add value to the community and its members. This also encourages members to join the club initiative for a chance to be highlighted.

Members who get highlighted as usual get to benefit from curation support from country representatives, booming support as well as when lucky, @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02. Now that juzkid has been brought up to speed we are hoping to be more frequent with the selection to get things going. Please find in the link the recent selection.

Country representatives are privileged to receive a delegation of 5K steem power from steemcurator01 for the purpose of supporting our country folks which is the sole reason why i do not take curation efforts for granted. I always make sure to curate Ghanaians on the blockchain everyday so as to make good use of this delegation.

Currently my effective power is 18,788.22 SP which is worth $0.14 at 100% manna. Curation is always done between 50% and 100% depending on the parameters of club status and quality post writing. This also enables members to benefit substantially from the curation.

Currently my voting CSI is hovering around 9.1 with 121 upvotes administered within the last 7 days. No self upvote recorded.

The steem-ghana account is the official curation account for the Ghanaian community and as such it is pertinent that it is used on a daily basis to support members. currently i am the only one running the curation for the account since juzkid has steemcurator08 and additional duties to handle.

Curation follows right after my personal curation with a power between 50% and 100% as i always due based on the criteria of quality post and club status. Ghanaians are the main focus however i do step out every now and then to support others on the blockchain.

Currently the account has a total power of 18,687.88 SP worth $0.14 at 100% manna, the voting Csi is 8.1 as at the time of this report with 115 upvotes to 53 accounts within the last 7 days.

Powerups are critical to our individual growths as well as the growth of the steemecosystem, which is why as a leader i ought to set the right example so i could get others to follow. Currently i am club75 active and have just a few days to go to become club100 active and I working keenly towards that.

For my club75 status, I have a total of 30 steem transferred out within the last 60 days and 306.774 STEEM powered up in total. For this week I was able to power up all my earnings which is a total of 34.133 STEEM. I am looking forward to joining club100 soon.
