Country Representative Report, Week Ending 30/05/2022 - Club75

It is once again a pleasure and a great privilege to come your way with my weekly country representative report which is incumbent on me as a leader to report for the perusal of leadership so that I may be assessed on the progress of my work in support of the Ghanaian community as a well as the steemit ecosystem as a whole.

For this report, I would be covering my activities with a contest for the Ghanaian community as well as my works about club5050, club75, and club100 through the top 3 post-selection. I would also give a brief about my powerup activities and work in terms of curation both with my account and the steemit-ghana official curation account.

They convince an investor contest was organized to learn as well as teach those who may not know through the sharing of ideas and thoughts and the core values guiding the steemit ecosystem that we may be able to explain it better to others when we have to or need to bring onboard investors to help support the growth of the ecosystem.

The Contest selection process looked at the quality contest as well as a clear projection of ideas and explanations. I did consider club status however it didn't take lead in the selection. There were good entries generally and in the end, we had our 5 winners who were all rewarded accordingly. Some lucky ones got outside support whiles others also got booming support. The next contest is in preparation and would hopefully add more value as we progress.

The Top 3 Post selection keeps bringing in more exciting entries every week with members doing their best to always put their best foot forward so that they may be highlighted in this selection. It has added a whole other prestige to the process and continues to encourage members to join at least club5050 to help the steemecosystem in the growth and development process.

Selection is also not only based on club status but also on good and quality content that is worth sharing with others, individuals who are selected get to benefit from a myriad of opportunities available in the community. This includes support from the steem-ghana curation account as well as curation from leaders, booming support, and sometimes when lucky support from @steemcurator01 and @steemcurator02.

I am going to do my best with this activity and continue as the days go by and would be amenable to taking up any suggestions from leadership that may be given to make it even better.

The steem-ghana account which serves as the official curation account for the entire community is used regularly to support members within the community, help them grow as well as encourage them to do even more. Curation is done regularly and the account is left to recharge around 70-80% for the benefit of the next round of curation.

With the help of the entire community as well as a delegation of leaders we currently have an effective power of 19,015.95 SP which is worth $0.15 at full manna. During the process of curation, voting is always done at 100% to ensure that members are getting the most out of the curation system since we do not have so much power to be voting at smaller percentages.

According to steemworld.org, the account was able to support a total of 35 accounts with 64 upvotes within the last 7 days and our voting CSI is currently hovering around 6.4 with no self upvotes. This week we also managed to power up a total of 30 steem which is progress in a while. We look forward to being able to do more.

With an effective power of 17,907.80 SP with the help of the 5K delegation from the steemit team, my account is worth $0.14 at 100% manna vote which is the process by which I curate members regularly. Voting normally comes before or after the use of the steem-ghana curation trail, this helps to add up to what members have received making it more substantial.

According to steemworld.org, I was able to issue a total of 77 upvotes to 32 accounts within the last 7 days with 0.00 self upvotes and a voting CSI of 6.2. I believe that's progress and I am keen on continuing to ensure that the delegation I have been given continues to be put to good use in supporting Ghanaians as well as members of the Ghanaian community on the blockchain.

Powerups form the backbone of the steemecosystem as we came to learn during the crypto academy times. This has taught me to be an advocate of powering up as well as setting examples myself for others to follow, as a leader doing this would enable me also push others to do the same. And so I always power up every week to also maintain my club75 status.

I remain at club75 because my work as national service personnel doesn't pay me enough to foot all my utilities, hence the 25% from the blockchain goes a long way to helping me in diverse ways including the possibilities of postgraduate studies very shortly. For the past week I was able to powerup a total of 40.764 STEEM and concerning my club75 status I currently have a total of 751.730 STEEM Powered up against 213.647 STEEM transfers.
