Noizer is an Open source noise management app for Android.
It allows you to mix multiple sound channels, each with separate volume. It has a lot of different sounds available.

Proposal

The app has simple settings menu with not much of customization. Having predefined sets of different sound will help a lot. I use different sounds for different moods and relaxing sounds when going to sleep. Rather than selecting the set of sounds every time before working or sleeping, it will be great if I can use the presets.

Benefits

For someone who uses this app alot having these presets will solve the annoyance and will come in handy. I can simply choose a preset according to my mood rather than adjusting sounds and volume.
