The dairy game: making one of my favorite food 9/03/2022

Greetings and hope you had a great day.

Everyday is a blessing and we need to thank God for it. The season of rain is here and almost every day there is rain. Last night we had strong winds through out the night and woke things were distorted and some destroyed.
I happen to spend my day home cooking. Cooking is my hobby and business too. But I was just cooking for myself though.

So I had to cook fried rice. It’s actually very simple to make. But for me and I insist for me this is how I do it.
I make everything is ready and basically it’s the rice, carrots, greens, tomatoes (optional) oil water meat and green veggie.

I just prepare them as you see like this in the picture.
Then I don’t wash my rice, I use a separate pot to kinda fry it with small oil while making the other prepared set on another pot.

So I just mix everything here plus the meat and let it boil for 3minutes while I fry the rice the other way with water.
After few minutes when salt Maggie and curry is put and the rice is semi cooked. I add the other boiled greens and carrots and meat.

After few minutes it should be ready.
