It's a normal ballpoint pen on paper and layered in photoshop with a negative + color blend...
So, you drew it on paper by ballpen and scanned into photoshop, layered with a negative + color blend. It's cool!!
Your original drawing on paper is awesome, anyway. It's like Photoshop polished it.
yeah it's even a smartphone photo :)
