Some HIIT for Saturday- My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2021
Had a slow start today as I rested a bit. However, there was enough chores to get me busy before lunch which I chained into getting on the treadmill for some interval training.
I did some speed intervals for 45 minutes with a 20 minute cooldown walk afterwards. I was surprised it went by easily considering some aches from doing the workout in the past.
