Deteriorating plant conditions in my garden

The condition of my garden today really needs a lot of care, especially in this dry season, many plants that I noticed lack of growth and very strong resistance, so that my plants already look very bad

As with tomato plants, tomatoes usually look fresh, but today it looks not so fresh and looks pale in every fruit.

I really need nutritional intake for plants at this time to improve the quality of fresh tomatoes

Likewise with other plants such as chilies, the leaves no longer look fertile, but have faded from the appearance of the leaves, maybe this is a deficiency that I have to be aware of so that it doesn't get fatal later.
