Smoked rear tip

Greetings to all my friends, today I bring you more content about cooking since I had the pleasure of preparing a very good Smoked rear tip with charcoal and cloves and cinnamon and salt and pepper to taste for more than 4 hours. This was fantastic to share at home.

Well, I already had the marinated tip from three days ago with salt and pepper in the refrigerator.

Well, the Salty Flavor of the charcoal with cloves and cinnamon gives that smoky flavor for 4 hours and then the meat will be three quarters, then we will chop it and it gives that tasty rear tip steak.

The interesting thing about this type of food is patience and dedication because it is even more, it is 4 hours, but if you have patience, well, sharing with my mother and my nephew, I had a beer and I dedicated myself fully to sharing this dish with small Colombian potatoes or roasted baby potatoes that goes with this dish is very tasty.
