This a sad story from the streets of masaka in the central part of Uganda.

Today my colleague and founder of the THE REACH OUT CHARITY VERGE-UGANDA(ROC-verge uganda) Mr Gerald as he was doing his ministry work of charity in those ends, he came across this prodigal son who's being raised by a mad man living by the streets of this town.

As he was passing by, he had a voice from behind calling him "uncle, uncle, uncle.."
He then turned his eyes to see who was calling. On his surprise, there was a boy dressed in torn dirty red shirt and a short. He was barefooted with dirty figures and legs.

He then asked the boy what had happened to him. The boy told him a very sad story about him not knowing where he came from and who his parents were really are.
"Uncle, I don't know my parents but I live with Mr James who is mad and now he has gone to the other sides to get food and other usable materials for us to use this night. But for now am hungry and I don't know when he is coming back."

Mr Gerald's heart was filled with pity and he slwas saddened by the boy's story, he then decided to take him to the nearby restaurant where he and him had lunch while having more jazz with the little boy.

After the meal, he then gave him some money to help him cater for his little upkeep and then took him to police to get him a home(orphanage house) where he as a child can get his needs and enjoy his incentives as a child of the nation.
He gave him the number on which he should always call when he feels wanting.

This world is really too small and life is too short. So live a life of helping one another whom u can lay a hand to coz you never know what the future has for you. We're always faced by alot of challenges but what we do towards them determines what and how to deal with the future. For the future isn't in one's control, but in the people surrounding you. So once you do good to yhem, your future will. Also be good.
