CLUB75||Weekly Country Representative Report for Nigeria (week ending 31st march, 2022) || BY @NGOENYI
INTRODUCTION
As a country representative for Nigeria, I will like to report my activities for the week and this will cover all the activities done with my personal account, my admin and moderator activities as well as other activities I engaged in.
But before I proceed, I will like to show my appreciate to the steemit team for choosing the team I belonged to go the second tenor of the community curation team. Yes, I was in the team for steem growth wherein we are covering the #learnwithsteem, #contest and promotional activities that improves steem. The team I belong to is headed by @disconnect, along with my fellow team mates, I congratulate us all and say a very big thank you to the steemit team for showing faith in us. Just like in previous curation tenor, I will also do my best to follow all curation rules.
My personal account
My personal account has remained active till date. I also try as much as possible to power up my earnings. I am still in club75 and as such, I make sure I power up at least 75% of my weekly earnings. I have also done so this week. Below is the screenshot of my 550 steem powerup amount
Congratulations to me as I have increased my steempower to +38500 steempower. Just 1500 steem to get to 40k sp and that is 8X dolphin 🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬🐬. Amazing! I can't wait to get there.

You can see my voting CSI which is 16.1%. I have not done any self upvote and I upvoted 118 times on 82 publications within the last 7 days.

How I Have Been Encouraging Users to Remain Active
- My weekly contests have been a source of motivation to a lot of steemians especially in Nigeria to remain active. This week, I have announced the result of my previous week contest and hosted another one in continuation of the chosen topic which is Drawing Challenge. The winners are gotten by nomination. - I have also kept them active through training. I posted a tutorial on how to check club status to guide the newbies who keep asking questions about it. I demonstrated it using my screen recording video to assist them and so many benefited. Below is the video. The publication is among those listed above. But the video is here below 👇👇
I have also kept guiding the users both in whatsapp group and telegram. The African women have benefited a lot from these tutorials.
My Admin role for steemkids community
As an admin and founder of steemkids community, I am doing my best to build the community account through powerup and delegation. This has really proved to be helpful now that booming support is halted till the next 5 days of which we are already in the 3rd day. The stat of the steemkidss which is the official account of steemkids community is as follows
Because there is no booming support for now, I try as much as possible to give 100% upvote to the selected post which, along with our curation trail can give upto $3 or $2. Though this has really affected my routine of curation because before now, every publication in the community is usually upvoted but now, just 5 quality posts along with few others. I believe that things will normalize after booming it returned.

- As African women representative, I understand that the women are very important and needs more attention, I take time to respond to their questions in the WhatsApp group I created and they are really learning fast.

As a co-admin for Steem4Nigeria,
I have hosted a contest to keep the users active and I also take turn to check the publication in the community.
- I have also been doing my best to guide the kids and other users hour my various projects.
Get Together
I and @eliany and @goodybest hosted a get together to celebrate our nomination to become community curators. Since we are in the same city, we decided to have a little celebration with other steemians
This in attendance are @eliany @goodybest @chichieze @mesola @akpan @benton3 @ddwosky @nsisoung996 @blezzing @madilyn02 @fortwis09 @wizzyboy3 and others. It was a happy occasion as a lot was discussed in the celebration. Our pictures speak
MY CURATION WORK AS A MEMBER OF THE UPTIMUM SEVEN CURATION TEAM
Whatever has a begining also has an end. My curation with the uptimum seven curation team has ended but on the whole, it was a worthwhile experience. It was not easy to let go but I am glad that we did great job.
So for my last week, I also took my turn and selected publications as usual and then curated with steemcurator08. Below is the screenshot

my Plan for the Next Week/Conclusion
I will continue with my greeter's work, my admin and mod activities in my communities and then with my curation with the 7up curation team with steemcurator07, let's see how it goes. My greatest plan is to keep building my steempower to reach one Orca which is 50k sp.
This past week was a great one. I am glad I was able to carry out my responsibilities. I appreciate everyone who has made it a success.
