Hi friends, it is so nice to bring you this my routine fitness content that will inspire you to join me wherever you are to keep fit. This article is entitled: my health, my wealth. It is going to be weekly. It is all about my workout activities for the each week, some programs that I did and the tips on how to do it. I will include some videos where necessary in case you will like to join me from home.
Some health benefits of those programs and my overall feelings after the programs . My recommendations will be included for those that will like to join be.
I need you all to be inspired to join in this fitness programs. I have benefited and continues and I want you to join me.
For this kick off week, I am going to show you my looks before I began the programs, and my looks now.

The Background
First of all, I started my fitness programs because of a health challenge that I had 11 months ago. I went for diagnosis and x-ray and it was recommended that I try some fitness programs to reduce my weight. I explained the health issues in my post below

The health challenge was that severe that I found it difficult to walk. You can imagine! At that young age, I was experiencing the health challenge that is peculiar to older people. That was when I turned 40.
Prior to the diagnosis, I was feeling overweight within myself and I knew I needed to do something about it but that push wasn't there. However, I tried taking some sliming teas and medications, but they didn't help.
I have a neighbor who joined a fitness group and I regularly see her go out early mornings but I couldn't join her. I just didn't have the motivation. I told her how I admired her regularity in attendance of which she encouraged me to, but I never consented until after that diagnosis. I understood that truly, health is wealth. I used to complain about not having workout wears but I had to get them without hesitation.
I made up my mind to join her and that was how I continued till today.
My Face Before And My Face Now
It's time for evaluation. Apart from having pains on my knees, I was adding weight every part of my body including my face. Yes, I want to share this with you today. Just take a look at my pictures below

It is a cause for concern even though some people will just be happy with and claim that they are feeding well and as a result, their body looks good. Some people will also shake me that my husband is taking good care of me. Those were some complements that are common over here when people start adding weight. But that is just an illusion. Instead of living fine, one is headed towards doom as my case proved.
Today, when i look at myself in the mirror and see how it is now, I tell myself that I am better now than then though some people may look at me and pity me. They say that I am sliming down. They wonder if I am not feeding well. And some wonder if I am sick. But some who understands what looking good is admires me especially when they see me on my fitness attire. The Programs That Helped Me
The jacks
We have the jumping jacks where you jump up and down, opening and closing your legs in alternating series, while you lift up your two hands and down as you jump. It helps you to achieve overall weight loss. It is full body program and it is part of aerobic exercise.
The Squats
This is done by trying to seat on the air as it were while pulling your butt a little up. You are firming your waist and building your hips. It might be painful at the beginning but keep up with it.

Weight Lifting
This helps to firm your muscles as a woman and gives you balance. You are not going to look muscular like the men because you do not have the male hormones. Your trainer will tell you the right weight to lift and how to do it.

Join Gym, Pay A Trainer or Coach
It is true that some people may be able to train on their own and keep fit, but this is not always the case with everyone. I remember when I tried to train at home, there was no much push, I simply stop when I get tired. But joining gym, or joining a fitness group and being trained by a coach as I did, will give you the push and the motivation that will help you get results quicker. They will also help you with the right type of programs and the right way to carry them out. This is because doing the wrong program and carrying out a program the wrong way can create a problem instead of solving a problem. For instance, trying to squat the wrong way or lifting the wrong weight can leave you with severe waist pain or joint pain. So, do the needful. You can join my group if you leave in my city. Sometimes we organize special events and invite people from other gyms or groups. We carry out a combined exercises that motivates.

I don't want to talk about training equipments. This is because even when you have all the fitness equipments in the world, and you don't use it rightly and you don't have a trainer, you will not achieve your target.
Conclusion
I am grateful that I joined the fitness group. I am grateful that I took that leap of faith to start working out. I am better now health wise and in looks. You can get motivated, join and look younger than your age.

Wow, great bold step! To engage in exercise is not our thing in this part of the world people are meant to think but it's a big lie. Exercise is good because it helps to keep us fit.

Gosh I've decided today that this is it. I had enough to "lekker" eating.
From tomorrow I'm going to watch what I eat and I am going to go for long walk. I've picked up a lot of weight and it is no good. So yah, think of me in the morning.

Nope I didn't but at this stage I've been running without leaving the premises. It is long weekend, we are fully booked plus we have guests so yah, I am on the run. (•ิ‿•ิ)
I see! That type of run is also helpful. What matters is that your body is active. But if it didn't give the intended results, then you will have to go to the gym. Weldone to you on the bookings. Hard work pays
