Thediarygame for 03/10/2023: Workout, wedding preparation, I met tricycle scammers
Dear diary
It is another wonderful day filled with activities. I had my day to the full though not without challenges. Like can be fun and at the same time, if not careful, can be very frustrating.
My diary will be about my workout, wedding preparation for my brother in-law, how I encountered one chance tricycle but wasn't scammed and how the chicken are doing.
Workout
It was another Friday where we do have our Zumba dance class. I woke up early to get ready for the class. There was nothing much to do that morning as the breakfast for the kids who will be going to school was already determined and my daughter got it ready.
The family had their morning worship by 6am and I and the kids got ready as they hastened up to move with me. We finally left the house by 6:33am.

The weather was cloudy and almost drizzling. The kids went with their umbrella while I didn't go with any. But thankfully, it brightened up as we moved.
We got a bicycle that took us to the major road where we boarded a tricycle to our various destinations.
At the workout location, I first of all went round to distribute my groundnut before joining aerobic class. After which, we started dancing. It was really fun. You may want to watch our dance video for last week, below is the link. This Friday's video is not out yet
At the end of the dance class, I we took our fruits and dismissed. I quickly went to the bank for a transaction that took almost an hour.
My encounter with the Scammers in a tricycle
From the bank, I went to the major road to board a tricycle back to my house. I flagged down about 3 tricycles but we didn't agree on Price. At last, I flagged down this particular one that has a lady and a man at the middle. We agreed on the amount and I joined them. After a short distance, the driver stopped and the woman at the back told him to remember where she is going so that he can help her to stop there since she is not familiar with the place.
Then the driver asked her the name of the place. She then brought out an address and gave to the driver. The man at the middle said that the driver will have to take her the place. The driver tried to hand the address over to me, asking that I should check if I knew the place. At that point in time, I didn't talk to them. I was just looking at them and listening.
The man at the middle took the address from the driver and before you know it. The driver then stopped again and the man at the middle did as if he wanted to go down. I asked him what the problem was and he said that the driver said he wasn't going again. That I should go down. I then realized that they are those scammers that once you showed sympathy to the woman, you are gone. They will charm you and take you to the location where they will take everything you have on you including all your money in the bank.
They have realized that they couldn't get me, that was why they wanted to stop me. Well, I went down the tricycle and off they zoomed. I then thanked the Almighty immensely for saving me again from these people. This is the 4th time I ran into them but in them all, I was saved. I am truly very grateful.
Preparation for my Brother inlaw's wedding
the long awaited day has arrived for the second to the last child of my parents inlaw to take his bride home. It is fixed to happen this 4th November 2023.
Preparations had been ongoing but today, the day of this dairy was the final preparation for us in Uyo because the wedding is going to take place at our former city of residence, Aba.
They came to our city of residence for us to append our signature of approval the other day and they slept over.

To be able to meet up, we decided to leave very early on the said day. We then have to packed our bags and other things. We may sleep over after the wedding or come back, it all depends. But we will try to come back same day to be able to feed the chicken.

My phone is bad, especially the front camera, making me not to have much fun writing again because I love selfies.
The chicken and the new look of the cage
So far, the chicken is doing great. When they came newly, they were looking sick and we're behaving abnormal. But I came to realize that they went through stress and change of environment could have affected them. But now, they are very smart but eats a lot.
My friend asked that I should help her to buy 3 and add to mine and help care for them since she doesn't have a place to keep them. I have done that for her and they are now 8 at the moment.
I have changed the demarcation between their house and where I boil water with wire gauze so that they can feel the heat each time I make fire there. Take a look at it now

Other activities
Apart from that, I also did a lot of washing yesterday because there was electricity and as such, I took advantage of it using my washing machine to wash most of the clothes.

I had bought my body cream from a supermarket. Pawpaw, beans and pap, and noddles was what I ate. I took the pictures of one.

Conclusion
That was how my day went. It was filled with fun, lessons and activities. Thank you dear diary for going through. See you in the next diary when I tell you how the wedding went.

The rate at which scammers are coming into existence is alarming. Thank God you know their trick and didn't respond. Because the moment you respond to their conversation you are doomed.
Last week something happened, this lady mistakenly entered one chance and after taking every she had on her, they pushed out from a movie vehicle, you can see hiw heartless this people are.

One just need to be very careful. There is this friend of mi e that they scammed her phone and everything with her including the cash at bank. It wasn't funny at all. I thank God for always give the wisdom to stay alert to their tricks

Thank God you Was not a victim of their victims. I don't know during this December period scammers are too much this days. Mean someone have to be very careful.

Thank God the scammer plan didn't work out. Nowadays, scammers are everywhere looking for what to survive because of the situation of the country, am glad you're were not the victim mma.

You have to be more careful this time the MBER months are the toughest in the year
I thank God He saved you from the dubious people who go about stealing from others. I encountered them in 2017, they thought they are smart but in real sense they are not as smart as they think they are.
I also thank God for the success of the wedding and your safe return back to you.
