Have you ever been to Shenzhen- China, one of city the nearest Hong Kong? I am sure lots of you did!

1) Heytea 喜茶

HEYTEA is my favourite handcrafted drinks shop in China. Each of the limit edition drinks did not make me disappointed! I do really like the peach-frappicino, which is available in July. I will recommend the pineapple-frappicino this month too, it is fresh and juicy, a lots of fresh pineapple is mixed with ice!

HEYTEA是我最愛的中國手工飲品店。 每次限量版飲料都沒有讓我失望！ 在7月的時候我試了桃桃，真的超喜歡～ 本月我也會推薦菠蘿沙冰—滿杯金菠蘿，大量新鮮的菠蘿與冰混合！

The queuing time is about 15-45 mins. This time, we had queued about 30mins for ordering the drinks, and 20 mins for getting the drinks! There is seats provided.

排隊時間約15-45分鐘。這次我們下單等了30分鐘，至於飲品就用了20分鐘。东门1234店有不少座位，可以休息。

2) 大龍燚 Da Long Yi Hot Pot

I believes that all of you read the history of Da Long Yi if you had followed @krischy. This spicy hot pot is came from Chengdu and it had became the most popular hot pot chain store in ShenZhen!
Noticed that we can get seats from online app, however it does not work on that day..... so depressed!
We arrived at 7pm. You may check your table number by scanning the QR code on the ticket :)

我相信你看過 @krischy 的帖子也知道大龍燚的歷史了吧？來自成都的傳統麻辣火鍋，近來成為了深圳最受歡迎的連鎖火鍋店！
看到有應用程式可以訂座，打開後它說不能使用預訂服務，真沮喪。。。
我們7:00到達餐廳，排隊取號後就走了，用微信掃描取號票上的QR Code可以看到輪候號碼。（我們就在附近有冷氣的地方玩王者榮耀哈哈哈哈）

While waiting the food you chose, waiter will come to serve you a cup of Chinese tea--- Eight Treasure Tea!
Eight Treasure Tea is defiantly mixed with 8 different kinds of ingredients. It is made of Rock sugar, wolfberry, red dates, raisins, but also with Mangosteen, ginseng, licorice, jasmine and chrysanthemum. It is hot and taste sweet.

在等待你選擇的食物的同時，服務員會為你奉上一杯中國茶---八寶茶！
八寶茶與八種不同的成分混合混合。 它由冰糖，枸杞，紅棗，葡萄乾製成，也可與羅漢果、花旗參、甘草、茉莉花及 菊花。 它是熱飲和味道偏甜的中國茶。

Feeling spicy? Feeling hot? I can swear that i just ordered Baby-Spicy... but it is sooooooo spicy! Maybe it is 100x of Tabasco!

感受到辣嗎？ 感受到熱嗎？我可以發誓告訴你我只是訂了BB辣。。。可是已經非常辣了！我相信是Tabasco的100倍吧！

For the cooked directly cooked from the hot pot, which is hot and spicy, the stomach will have a great stimulus.
Remember to dip your food in the sesame oil, so that sesame oil will wrap the food, and which helps to reduce the stimulus.
If you planned to come to this shop, this is the only method you can eat! YOU MUST DIP ALL THE FOOD IN THE OIL LOL

從麻辣鍋裡涮出來的食物，如果直接吃，又辣又燙，會對胃有很大的刺激。
把食物在麻油裡蘸一蘸，讓麻油包裹住食物，再吃進胃裡會減低刺激。
相當於在麻辣食物和胃之間形成了一層油膜，蘸麻油是為了保護胃。
如果你選擇了吃麻辣火鍋就一定要蘸！
