Hello Steemians, My name is Nidhi Singh from India and i want to share my views on improving four habits of me.
I am very thankful to @azeem22 to held this contest because of this, the people could think about themselves and will realise that some habits should be improved for their better health.

Drinking Water

We all know that we should drink atleast 8 glass water in a day. But we ignore it and take our life in danger, the amount of water in a body is very important to live a healthy life. A slogan teaches us to drink water and save water not to waste. "Water is Life". I want to improve my this habit to drink water in a proper manner because i faced a disease by not drinking water. Due to less drinking water, I had so many stones in my kidney due to which I had to face a lot of difficulties. I am sharing my worst experience with you guys because health is not just a joke so please improve your habit for betterment. There is no any disadvantage of drinking 8 glass water in a day but you can get a healthy body and life.

Follow a Routine

Daily Routine

As I am a very lazy person so i want to change my this habit by following a routine chart where I could be punctual for every work whether it is for house chores, waking up, eating food, study, just for fun etc. I want a complete time table so that I could value for the time because mostly I waste my time by doing nothing and after it I have to regret by wasting time.
So I want to suggest to other people to follow a routine for a good life. Everything happens for a reason, I believe in this theory so I also want to this habit by leaving my laziness follow a routine.

Proactiveness

Proactive

To achieve any goal and target of your life or in the corporate world, you have to be proactive to express yourself that what are you exactly and where you stand. These are the most important questions that you have to answer yourself for knowing yourself.
As I am a multi-tasker but most of the time, I didn't open like I am because I am less confident so I didn't do that work which can be done by me perfectly.
So i want to improve my this habit to not to shy in front of anyone and show my proactive side to them so that I could express myself. I have too many hobbies like singing, dancing, cooking, playing, studying, drawing etc. Actually I want to be an all-rounder person. That's why I have too many hobbies but there is a problem of less confident, so I want to improve myself by speaking in front of people.
Every person should be a proactive so that they can achieve the goals of their life.

Meditation

Meditation

Meditation brings peace and happiness in your life. It helps to calm yourself. As i said that I am a very lazy person so I didn't do meditation ever but I want to improve myself to do meditation for getting peace. Meditation also helps to get answers of some questions which cannot be find ourself by thinking because they need some peaceful place to get the answer. It is not only helpful for your healthy body but mind too. If you want happiness in your life then wake up early and do meditation for 5 to 10 minutes. It definitely gives you happiness and peaceful life. We can maintain our body by doing meditation with some exercises so that you can eliminate your laziness.

So these are the four habits, I want to improve to get a better life and for better understanding for myself.
I also want to suggest you guys please improve these habits once in your life, these will change your life and gives a positive thoughts and response in your life.
