This one is one of my friends now...
Do you always have migraines, menstrual pains, nausea etc
Instead of going for aspirin that has toxins as byproducts that are dangerous for you, go for Ginger!
Ladies, you need to make Ginger your friend especially during that time of the month, it makes the flow smooth and relieves pain, try it!
In any form: ginger tea, ginger stew, ginger soup or even eating it raw etc
This plant is medicinal and high in antioxidants which helps to prevent cancer.
Also relieves cold and catarrh and lots more...
Don't even say it's bitter.. Try it with natural sweetners such as honey and date juice and enjoy something that is really good for your body.
Apart from this, Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties and it can be used to relieve, body aches and pains from exercises and hard body workouts.
Ginger is packed with lots of goodness, it has a way of making one become more alert at work, office or in a meeting.
Ginger tea is often drunk to keep up with work, it can also be mixed with any other tea to make it more tasty.
If you cook with Ginger, you will know it is a natural, healthy and healing spice. Instead of artificial seasonings go for Ginger and other natural spices...

This is so true...i completely agree, we just need to look closely at nature to heal and cure ourselves.
