It is with honour that I present to you my favourite snack, a contest hosted by @nancy0. The love I have for this snack is indescribable. It helps me keep my day running.
Hello friends, welcome to my blog as you learn some tips on how my snack is been made and what can go with it.
My favorite snack is called spring rolls
Spring rolls is a traditional Chinese snack made from flour and other ingredients. A pastry sheet is filled with vegetables and then fried. It is the sweetest of all snack I have ever tasted, maybe because I bake it myself. The name spring rolls is gotten from the way the snack is been prepared. You have it come out in a rolled form. Try it and you will love it.
Steps on how to make vegetable spring rolls
Step 1 is to prepare your filling
Prepare the filling, all filling must be cooked. Heat oil in a pan,add spring onion into the heat oil. Next add shredded carrots, and cabbage, fry until the veggies are half done. Next add spring onion, pepper, and salt to taste, add vinegar also.
Step 2 is start filling up your wrappers with the prepared sauce
You can buy already prepared wrapper or prepare yours at home.
Get one sheet of the wrapper, place it on your work area, place a spoon full of the filler on the wrapper sheet, then begin to roll from one edge till the end. Next bring the other 2 sides to the center and roll tightly so it doesn't open. Next repeat this same process until you are done with all the wrappers, then cover them up with a damp cloth and set aside.
Step 3 is the frying of the rolls
Heat oil in a deep pan until it's hot. Add your rolls one after another until there's no space to contain others. Allow to fry for some seconds, then turn the sides and keep a close watch. Once turn golden, remove from the oil and place in a dry pan. Repeat the same process until all rolls are fried. Serve hot with a sauce or ketchup or with a soft drink.
My easiest appetizer is this same snack, spring roll. It is so easy to make and fast. It's content, I mean the filling is so enriched with lots of vitamins. Spring roll keeps me energetic and I love eating it.
The next one is burns, it's so easy for me to prepare. Within 3 minutes am done with it and it's so yummy. Burns helps hold me up foe hunger for a very long time.
I learnt how to prepare these snacks from a baking school I attended. I enrolled for the baking because I love cooking and am a foodie, like I literally love food and snacks, so I learnt everything flour can produce in that school. So once I have little ingredients at home, I can make something to keep me up. It was really a good experience.
Wow! My snacks goes wit a soft drink. Soft drink or juice (chivita red grape) can go. It feels so cool when the drink is chilled, ah, it makes one have a good moment.

Is it stuffed with meat
Yes, no doubt.
But I made it clear that mine is vegetable spring roll.
It all depends on what one wants. I enjoy the veggies a lot, that's why it is my best snack.
