I congratulate all the organizers for this beautiful proposal to this beauty contest, to naturally nourish our scalp and thus be able to show off with spectacular, soft, radiant hair. THE hair mask that I am going to share with you is based on natural ingredients based on eggs, olive oil, coconut oil, honey and yogurt. Hair before applying the mask

Mask for dry hair with natural ingredients.

Ingredients.

Ingredients necessary for the preparation of the mask.

• 1 egg.
• 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
• 2 tablespoons of honey.
• 1 natural yogurt.
• 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Mask preparation.

1. Take a blender and incorporate an egg and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Mask application.

1. Wash the hair very well before applying the mask.

1. Massage for approximately 5 minutes.

Recommendations for better hair care.

• Moisturize hair at least 3 times a month.
• Do not clean the hair daily.
• Do not use excessively dryers and hair straighteners.
• Do not expose your scalp to the sun.
• Eat a balanced diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, among others.

Advice: For hair loss, it is best to comb your hair several times a day; as this helps to massage the scalp, strengthening circulation and preventing hair loss.
