Good morning to all my steemit friends. How arebypu all doing? I hope you all are doing great and enjoying sharing your activities here. So, I am back with my 10th diary entry. Let's get started!

Prologue

So it was a great hindu festival, named Janmashtmi, celebrating the birth of the god Krishna on the eighth day of the dark fortnight of the month of Bhadrapada (hindu month). The number eight has another significance in the Krishna legend in that he is the eighth child of his mother, Devaki.SOURCE

Morning Time

At first I want to wish you all 'Happy Janmashtmi' . Well Lord Krishna became my favourite when I started watching Mahabharata, I like the way he holds his flute and yes a feather of Peacock on his crown. Let me know, what you like in him?

So today also I started my day with a very horrible nightmare, I don't know why this kind of dream is coming on my mind from the last few days. I woke up around 8a.m., my wake up time is not fixed, sometimes I wake early, sometimes late, depends upon my sleep😂. Then I went to courtyard for brushing my teeth.

Them at 9a.m. I went to market with my cousin sister, Ritu. We basically went to fruit markets for buying some 'Prasad'(which we'll use while praying), I bought 1 kg apple, 1 dozen green banana and half dozen yellow banana , 1.5 kg cucumber. It cost around $3.34 and I think its quite decent price. I returned back home at 10a.m.

After buying the fruits, I washed it and put it in a big container. Then mumma told me to go and arrange your room especially the books that you are keeping here and there.

Have a look, how unrecognised person I am. And its a picture of 1part only, rest is in my cousin's room. That I can't show you😂, otherwise you'll also start to make joke. Let it be, I have arranged all my books, and it's looking perfect now and it took around 1hr to complete such a heavy task.

Then I played pubg for sometime, I thought to go to Puja house in noon, so, that I can help my mom in arranging stuffs for worship in evening. I played till 12 then went to her house.

Afternoon Time

She is in std-6, at first I taught her Biology, chapter name- Digestive System. Then I asked her to take out maths. I made her understand some tough simplifications of integers, she were facing problems while solving. But practice makes a man perfect, so I told her to practice more and more to overcome these mistakes.

I also taught Jenil after Puja. I dictated him the answer that was provided in the assignment. Well, if he see the phone continuously, then his eye starts paining. So I always dictate him. I am so kind-hearted you know😂.

I came back around 2p.m. Then sir send us the link of meeting. I quickly joined the online class. Sir told us that the chapter is little big, and it'll take good amount of time as well i.e. about half a month. He tought us Q. 6. He question were quite interesting and easy.

After completing my classes at 3:30, my. mom asked me 'would you like to drink tea' then I said no. I'll eat after 12 in midnight. Then I lay down on bed and suddenly I started feeling sleepy,I took a nap for about 1.5 hours.

Evening Time

After waking up, I wasn't feeling fresh, I sat for sometimes and then asked mom what to do to get rid of weakness. She told me go and take a shower, definitely after that you'll feel good. And she was absolutely right🤗.I took shower around 6p.m.

Then I opened my WhatsApp, there were lots and lots of stories related to 'Janmashtmi', and I haven't opened my WhatsApp from morning that's why there were lots of pending stories. Then I watched them out, I used my phone for couple of hours.

Then mumma started scolding me and told me quickly go and dressed up.

Well I am not good in decorations, my mind doesn't work when it comes to home decor. @sneha5 (my cousin) helped me and I completed the look with peacock feather.

When we all got ready, mom told to click a group selfie. We all have decided to wore yellow dress in this festive eve so that it'll look more adorable ,well there is a great scarcity of our group photo in my gallery😂.

We started worshipping around 9:30.At first mumma ignite lamp, and placed it in front of little cute Krishna. Then masi(aunty) told me to play Krishna's 108 names, yes you heard it right he have 108names,he got a name, whenever he did some great work. We also played some bhajans. At 12, we sung arti, and made wishes to god. That was the end of worship.

That's all I did today

Sort:

Here the prices of the fruit have gone up, apple is as high as 200 INR(~2.67 USD) per KG and Banana 50 INR(~0.67 USD) per dozen.

It is always good to have your study table and your shelf in order and that looks more organized. Your mom rightly pointed out that.

We all have decided to wore yellow dress in this festive eve so that it'll look more adorable

The entire family goes yellow on this festive occasion and that is definitely giving a harmonious look. Monochrome dressing is a part of a special and festive culture in Indian traditions. That also induces a special feel for that particular occasion.

I like the way he holds his flute and yes a feather of Peacock on his crown. Let me know, what you like in him?

He is Sree Hari and he is adorable in any form or incarnation, but specific to Shree Krishna, I like him the most as "Yogeshwar", "Vasudev", and as the "sarathi of Bharat parth ki".

Have a great day.

Steem on.
