Church In the Park-Memorial Day Praise, Worship, and Outreach 2017
The Church I attend, Olivet Baptist Church, likes to hold "Church In The Park" a couple of times a year to do outreach and maybe bring new people to the Church, and get them to know Jesus. It is always a good time having food and fellowship with our Church family, guests that come, and anyone that wants to join us. This year I wanted to make a post to show you how much fun it is when you have a Church home. I hope you enjoy!
It all starts with rehearsal the day before to know what we want to play...
Then we gotta pack up to go to the park...
And I finally had a reason to try out the small PA system I bought awhile back...I do go to school for sound and video...Yea!
Gotta set up at the park...
Let people know to come visit!
Takes a lot of people to set up....
But we're all happy to serve!

Not sure (I am but I'm not telling yet) but they are happy doing it!

To watch the puppets of course!!
I think this is really cool how they set up the puppet show by the playground for the kids to watch, and any other kids whose parents maybe don't want to join us at church. The puppet show does not push Jesus as you can see as much as just good morals...
After the service it's time to chow down!!

This is me, a graduate, a resident, one of our mentors, and another resident. They all came to support our Church.
People were eating everywhere!
They were having a great time...
Except this girl...shes always irritated with me....
The kids went for a nature walk...
It was a beautiful day for Church in the Park! Maybe someday you can join us, that would be awesome!

No, that is what I go to school for. Digital Media Audio and Cinema. I decided that I wanted to do something cool with the rest of my life and I love music and Movies so why not? I have been broke...why not be broke and happy instead of broke and miserable? Thanks for reading!
