THE-DIARY-GAME-THE-UNENDING-SEASON-SEASON-3-MY-WEDNESDAY-EDUCATIONAL-SESSION-30/7/2021

Greetings to everyone
Hope u guys are strong as I am. The episode of my diary today is as follows;
I got up abit late at 7am due to the fact that I harvested corn the previous day and I was extremely tired and thus slept too much. As i got up it was the day for our educational session that is Wednesday so I rapidly did my chores,bath,ate and left for the classes and i thank God I came early this time around. At our training session we were been taught 3topics which were
menstrual hygiene. Here, we girls were taught on what to do during menstruation which included using sanitary pads, making sure to change the pads alteast 3times a day, we were also told to clean our pants with warm water with salt added to it so as to remove germs from the pants.

HIV and AIDS
Here were given ways through which AIDs can be transfered from one person to another( through infected mother to child during child birth or breastfeeding, through using infected sharp objects, through intercourse with an infected partner, through blood transfusion from an infected person) and we were also taught on ways of prevention ( abstinence, avoid sharing sharp objects, use condoms during sex for protection and make sure to do blood screening to check blood before transfusion.

Our last topic was family planning where we were taught about the various methods of family planning. Below are pictures i took in our class today 👇👇

When we were done with our class at midday i left to pay a visit to my aunt. I went and spend the rest of my day with her till 4: 30 when she left for bible studies and I left and went back home.
When I arrived home i just bath, browsed till my battery run down and i put it on charge and went to bed.
