I went to visit the artist exhibition on Florence of Jeff koons , this is not totally my kind of favourite art but I enjoyed my trip in Palazzo Strozzi in Florence, this building in the city center often have social art galleries or similar as guests.

The building is very old but the art inside now is quite new and innovative. The artist is active since the 70's year and his art concept is a revolution. People as usual not always understand the contemporary art but luckily some appreciates and give him space for his messages.

For some this art looks childish but it's the way the artist us to express important concepts. The pieces are many and all deserve a photo ,the location is perfect and so the light and the choiche of colors of the rooms. The pieces are from many collection and the concept shine is for the contrasts between shine and darkness, appereance and inner substance. What really shine in us?

As you can see the shine is the main element of most of the pieces .

He mix pupular art and pop art with some high colture citation, it's an attack to our capitalistic and consumistic society that's why there are many elements popular between the people especially kids abs especially from USA where he is from, he was born in Pennsylvania but now he live in New York and his collections are famous in all the world. The rabbit (you can see the photo in silver) is one of his most popular pieces.
