Longevity Wellness Strategy
Humans, particularly Occidentals (which is what I'm going to call westerners), and Americans specifically will find a way to compete at anything. Now there's a contest to see who can age the slowest. I talked about this before. It doesn't (IMO) have anything to do with actual health. Indeed, to my suspicious mind, it probably has to do with the opposite.
Let's say you wanted to get rid of Vampires. You attract the "best" vampires by way of a contest to ostensibly learn who the best vampire is. What makes them the best? What are their habits and lifestyle choices? You study them long enough to learn what helps and what hurts and you develop weapons to destroy them.
Speaking of vampires, one of these dudes in this longevity contest, a 40-something millionaire, (or billionaire maybe) has been infusing himself with his son's blood. I saw a video on this, but who knows if anything is real anymore?
I have my own thoughts about longevity, as mentioned across many episodes. Some are optimistic, others are cynical. Those that rely on "science" and artificial "miracles" I am most suspicious about. Those that are hyped and expensive, also rank high on my suspicions leader-board.
As we move into our next year, which will be announced in a few weeks, (hint: it won't be called "Longevity Year") we'll chat more about longevity. The Big picture, like living everyday, dealing with a lifetime of bullshit, remaining mobile, self sufficient and vital (full of life) into the next century. Those who have broken the century mark, (I know of a few personally but haven't met, or seen them in a long time) have done so in spite of their lifestyles and not necessarily because of them.
Former President Jimmy Carter reached 100 the first of October, but he looked awful. Dick Van Dyke hits 99 in December, Source Willing. He's still working. Maybe he will be able to keep working. Kirk Douglas lived for 103 years.
If there's a secret to living for centuries I don't think it's anything that one "takes" (least of all chemicals). It's probably more about what we avoid, the ability to adapt to the "progress" of humanity; faith in the relationship of the vessel to Source and allowing said vessel to operate, function & repair itself without interference from alien therapies.

(We know the difference between nerve ache & muscle soreness, we think.) Our Autumn plan is for more dynamic movement, rotation, jump training, body weight work. Still working towards strength & power via lifting, but also isometric holds, balance, dead hangs, and various assisted moves. Still working towards, muscle ups, plange, front lever, pistol squats and a few more gymnastic moves. The work is beneficial even if it takes us "forever" to hit those moves. I can feel some dormant muscles activate upon attempting various moves & positions.
