Weird Stuffff

As i was walking my dogs at night i stumbled upon this weird scenario, when i was looking to my left and there they were, hanging on a big metal frame 2.5 meters in the air, and of course equipped with a dual fire extinguisher... well you'll never guess so i'll tell you....

Is a pair of bycycle... WEiRD

I wonder WHY would someone do this at the first place, because it doesn't make much sense.. oh well... so is living 😉
