Review Music The Aces – Physical

Introduce one of the new pop bands worth listening to, The Aces. The band consisting of Cristal (vocalist), Alisa Ramirez (drums), Katie Henderson (guitarist), and McKenna Petty (bassist) have started playing music since they were in phase before the teenager. Their drummer, Alisa Ramirez has even started playing drums since he was eight years old, with Cristal who started writing his own song since the age of 10 years. A few days ago, The Aces had just released their debut EP under the title Do not Like Being Honest with two flagship singles titled "Stuck" and one of the songs titled "Physical" recently sent to Backupage Whisp's editorial team.

What's in your shadow when you think of a combination of HAIM's playful music with a dangerous pop hook ala Tegan and Sara? That is the closest description to describe this band. In the song "Physical" you can listen to an embodiment of a dramatic intro synthesizer with the addition of a muted guitar palm sound. This song is a typical pop song that will easily give the impression that pop music is a hit, making everyone who listens it will easily distract them from this song. Like when Cristal Ramirez started singing a very striking part with the lyrics, "You say that you know me, you do not".

The storytelling of this seemingly simple lyrics is played very intelligently. The Aces is not a band devotee of poetic writing in writing the lyrics in their songs. They tend to be straight forward and prefer to talk about everyday events along with all the problems that occur. Overall, the song "Physical" is very honest, far from the fabrication term as it is found in many mainstream pop songs lately and can be used as a reminder for us to learn from mistakes in youth. Through the release of the press, they outline the song "Physical" about how a relationship should not be based through sexual contact. "The casual intimacy is too flattering in the (west) community and we would like to put our perspective on it." Further, The Aces adds, "Doing it is obviously fun, but if a relationship is only based on it, the relationship will quickly become boring.".
