TEAM 1: Curation Guideline for May 2024
Greetings from Team1!
Team 1, in a semi-renewed composition, eagerly rushes to work in May. Our goal remains the same: to support as many authors as possible who write quality and interesting posts. We believe this will help our community grow.
We try not to change the rules that most authors on Steemit are used to, however, some changes, such as the work schedule, are necessary. In order for our work to be as open and transparent as possible, we present to you our Curation Guideline.
Who Are TEAM 1?
Like all other curation teams, Team1 consists of experienced users who know the platform well and interact with many authors. We represent different parts of the world, which will help us support as many different authors as possible.

Common Goal
To optimize a team and drive them to success, there must be a common goal. The common goal for January will be:
- Support as many talented authors as possible
- To work together as a team
- To encourage and lend support to users of the platform
- To reward content with 'content with a purpose', and 'content with an audience.'
- To seek good content both within communities and outside of communities
- To reward good comments to encourage Steemians not only to comment on qualified posts but also to comment well
Fair Contribution
Each team member will have a 24-hour time window to curate in a cycle of four days.
We wish to select at least 20 posts per day and upvote between 30 and 55% of the voting power. This will allow a maximum of posts to be curated within a period.
Guidelines
The following guidelines will be followed.
- The user must follow club initiatives (Club5050, Club75 and Club100).
- The user must have above 5 of voting CSI and not be above 5% self-votes.
- Posts must consist of at least 300 words and should be properly presented. (Include captions for photographs, justify alignment, etc.)
- The content must be plagiarism- and AI-free.
- The users must not use Bid-Bots or any vote purchasing services.
Only when the above guidelines are fulfilled will we select a post for curation support! As per the Steemit team, there may be flexibility in these guidelines.
Voting Percentages
The following voting percentage will be followed.

Where can I ask about technical problems with the steemit frontend?
In the community search you can find dead stuff, but not my active group. This is so boring. :)

Hi, unfortunately there is a big problem with this. We do not have any place where you can turn to with such a request. Usually people write a post with a question that bothers them and hope that someone will respond in the comments who can do something about it. It seems that problems with the interface can be solved by the witness @ety001. You can also refer to @steemchiller, @justyy, @michelangelo3, @moecki and @the-gorilla. These are people ready to answer your question.
Normalerweise würde es für sowas die Steemit Feedback Community geben, aber die ist leider verwaist.

Wenn ich da nach deutsch suche, dann finde ich DU, DACH und noch ein paar verwaiste, schon lange tote Gruppen. Kururu, trotz Community Spracheinstellung DE findet man leider nicht.

So siehts mal aus, aber schau mal einer guck...
Die Suche interessiert sich gar nicht für den Parameter der Sprachauswahl, sondern schlicht auf die Schlagworte in Titel & Gruppenbeschreibung. Jetzt sieht es schon besser aus. Im Aktivitätsscore führe ich aktuell sogar. :)
