My Actifit Report Card: February 28 2023

Today was a hectic day for me in the office, I arrived my place of work in the morning, and did my routine job maintenance check-up in my department as a mechanical engineer.

Before going out for a field work to precure some petroleum products we will use to run out machine plant. I also did some walk around during my break period around my company environment.

I will post about my activities for tomorrow hoping to beat my today record, this app helps me to monitor my daily progress engagement activities, and inspire me to work more to be fit and healthy
