Exploring the Culinary Capital of the Philippines -- Pampanga!
We all know that Pampanga is dubbed as the culinary capital of the Philippines, and if you are visiting the place this should be the first fact that you should explore yourself!
Pampanga is known as the home to the best sisig, and of course, given the chance to be there, there is no other way for us not to experience eating sisig at the most famous Aling Lucing's. Per serving is P250 but is already good for sharing, for 3-5 person. Being a sisig fan, we can say that Aling Lucing's really deserve all the hype and attention they get because their sisig is one of the best! Sadly, we weren't able to take a picture since we indulged immediately the sisig! Lol. Here is a picture grabbed from the net instead...

Aling Lucing's Sisig is located at Angeles, Pampanga, is it along the road, but I am not so sure what specific public transpo you can ride on going there, since we are using a private mini van. If you would like to visit them, here are ways to track Aling Lucing Pampanga.
Track its location via Foursquare - https://foursquare.com/v/aling-lucings-sisig/4c94b00c533aa0933267c145
with the address - G. Valdez Street, Angeles City, Pampanga
Waze can also track its location, check - https://www.waze.com/livemap?zoom=17&lat=15.14769&lon=120.58976
Next up is... Oca Flor Eatery! They served almost everything you want to indulge in Pampanga. I am quite bias here since the owner is my Aunt and Uncle (hehe), but you have my word because they really do serve delectable food at the most affordable price in Pampanga, without a doubt! They are serving our all time favorite Filipino food, such as: Caldereta, Sisig, Pork Chop, Kare Kare, Pinapaitan, Lechon Kawali, Chicken BBQ, Pares, Vegetables and many many more on for P50-P100 per meal - there, truly a deal!
This is us enjoying our time in Oca Flor Eatery!
And lastly, going to Pampanga means exploring their Korean town! Pampanga is also known to have one of the largest Korean town here in the Philippines. So joining the bandwagon, we tried the all time crowd favorite Korean cuisine, Samgyupsal! For P299, we had unli samgupsal, chicken, side dish and drinks! And it was worth our every peso! And there are a lot of restaurant in their Korea Town offering unlimited samgyupsal as affordable as P250.
All in all our food trip session in Pampanga was worth every peso! So if you are planning to explore the culinary capital of the Philippines, makes sure to check this places out and explore more of awesome places that serves equally awesome food options! :)
