OCD DAILY - Issue #348

Welcome to the 348th issue of @OCD Daily!

Issue #348 highlights content from nine (9) Steem Content Creators! The OCD team continues its search throughout Steem to find you the undervalued gems, as provided by relatively new users.

Today our curators found nine (9) new pieces of original content! We strive to find works that are created by newer Steem users, that may not have the audience with which to share their quality content. @OCD strives to help provide that audience and intends to showcase Steem users who put in the extra effort to create creative, original content.

The @OCD nomination process

A curator will FIND a piece of work (typically from newer users). Within 24 hours that piece has been submitted from the curator to the @OCD team, curator votes are tallied, and the pieces with the most votes are included in the compilation.

We encourage you to visit these blogs and show these great Steemians your support and encouragement.

If you enjoyed their work, give them a Follow or maybe even say Hello!

All of the content chosen by our curators is undervalued, but there is always one piece that rises to the top. That piece is universally appreciated and valued by our curators making it OCD’s Top Nomination of the Day.

Our top nomination of the day is from @tinabrezpike

sLOVEnia! Beautiful Balkan country. Tina has had a stressful month in her life and as things happen in a chat with friends, they decided to pack their bags and wander of to lake Bohinj - and enjoy weekend in nature, so green and beautiful..

Our next nomination of the day is from @bescouted

@bescouted is a Steemian who spends a great deal of time working in front of a screen. He's been feeling the fatigue that many of us can relate to with this kind of work, and decided getting some exercise and time away from the screen would be beneficial for him. He's starting a home restoration project, specifically with a house that was his grandmothers in Lithuania. He has an earlier post where he explains everything in a dtube video. In his recent post "Grandma's house reconstruction project. Day 1", bescouted shows us some photographs of his grandmothers house. The house, in a state of what some might call dilapidation, displays a sense of beauty through these photo's that is hard to put into words. You will just have to take a look for yourself!

Our next nomination of the day is from @momijiscrypto

@momijiscrypto was inspired by a fellow Steemian to do a bit of upcycling. He went round his neighbourhood recently to see what he could find. And It's absolutely shocking the perfectly good things people throw out. His first find is a fan that cost around $50 new. There was nothing wrong with it apart from a bit of dust and the remote control was missing. Then he finds three laptops, including a Macbook Pro which is working fine except it's missing the charger. He could either buy a new charger or clean it up and sell it for a few hundred dollars! Not bad for his first attempt, not to mention its environmentally friendly to upcycle and make a few $ in the process.

Our next nomination of the day is from @readingdanvers

@readingdanvers gives us in-depth recaps of various comic books like this 1982 issue of The Uncanny X-Men featuring Carol Danvers who many might know better as Captain Marvel. That's not all though, along the way they also include some great previews and reviews of blockbuster films and televisions shows. Their blog covers a little bit of something for everyone.

Our next nomination of the day is from @gilangswandika

@gilangswandika is an artist based in Indonesia. He draw a digital painting of「Ezran the Dragon Prince」fan art and record the whole process.
There are three characters in this painting. He uses a photo of a child in taekwondo pose as the reference to draw the main character Ezran. You can learn some digital painting skills from his video.
