Well said @chelsea88. I'm transitioning from being a total "n00b" to someone who's starting to find my community and one thing I've wondered is how to I communicate with people on the learning curve who upvote a post more than 7 days old to remind them that's not how it works. I'm super happy for people to keep commenting whenever, even if there's no financial reward involved I really value the connection. But guess life is a very different place when you're in the ranks of a whale and raking in $200 a post!!
