My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2022

A beautiful sunset to end a beautiful day here in the Northern Hemisphere….

Wow, what a day. September 9 and we were sitting around 30 Celsius this afternoon. Too hot for Lola. She had to stay indoors to get out of the hot sun.

We had a very nice walk in the morning, but then took it pretty easy the rest of the day.
