People who eat on a regular basis junk and unhealthy food, have ill health, headache, lots of chronic diseases and need to take medical pills in order to feel good. Because their body does not receive good building materials. Isn’t it strange? Most people would never fill their car with poor gas, because they know for sure it will be the cause for a breakdown. On the other hand, most people eat junk and unhealthy food every day. Why? Probably because people don’t understand that illness begins when a human for the first time try unhealthy fast food. It just has made sense for so long hasn't it? Easy replaces good in food these days and there are long term personal consequences that people ignore out of convenience.

Whole foods, water and walking. Even the simplest person can and should be able to be healthy!
