March: Celebration for Women

Women deserves even every day celebration, when I was in my early childhood I was eagerly waiting for the day I will become a mother, little did I know that being a mother comes with lots of sacrifices and self-denial. I will tell my mother to have some rest after I see her stressing herself to make sure everyone is doing pretty good.

In your opinion, do you think women should be celebrated? Tell us.

Celebrating something signifies how special or memorable event can be. Talking about women celebration I believe completely in it because when you celebrate someone it gives room for more .

Women deserves this celebration because of their selfless services to their families. A woman sacrifice her sleep, hunger and time just to be sure people around her is okay.

They should be celebrated because they contribute a lot for the upbringing of our future leaders which are the children.

It was Mother's Day last week. Is there anything specific or important about Mother's Day?

The main focus of celebrating the women is their contribution to the society. It's also an avenue of creating awareness of the importance of placing values on our hardworking women at home .

It's also a time to let the society understand the right of women in society not neglecting their right in political participation.

We also use this day to advocate for peace in our homes, there are homes that have turned into a lion's den where husband cannot talk to the wife and wife does the same thing. Women uses this time to amend and bring peace to homes.

It's also a time for women to know their strength and commit themselves into the hands of God.

My brown sugar mother

I have many women of value in my life, but my number one person is my dearest mother, this woman is a champion, her type is rare , she is brave, truthful, God-fearing and above all compassionate. She is know as one of the Dorcas women in the Bible because of her heart of giving to people.

My mother is very important to me because she gave me life. She contributed to the woman and wife I have become. I can't trade her for anything.

If you could give your mother a special gift, what would that be? How important is that gift?

My mother deserves a good life, I will like to buy modern car for her, car that she will drive without stress. She will need this gift because she has been suffering with motorcycle.

Dear mummy,

You gave life to me,cared and nurtured me into a humble and smart girl I'm today, if I'm to choose another mother I will choose you once more, I know I have not been able to care for you the way that you will understand how important you are to me, but I'm assuring you that you mean a lot to me. My prayer every day is God's grace and Blessings upon you , you're going and coming back shall be blessed. You will live long to enjoy the fruits of your labor. No evil shall see you.
