Street Culinary, Akara and Pap ".
Street food are those foods sold by the street or by the road side, sometimes they are affordable to everyone, in this contest I will be reviewing a popular street food in my country.
When we take about street food in my vicinity, we will always call mama Eunice Akara stand , she does this business with her children whenever her husband is around he helps them in serving their customers. People like their food because of the yummy taste.

Akara and Pap are common street food and the price of one ball ranges from 0.5 Steem up wards. This food can be eaten with bread . It is a good combination for breakfast and it's a food that's highly recommended for everyone because of its rich content.

It was morning as we were strolling down our village we saw this street food , we dropped by to patronize the seller. The pap ,milk and Akara costed us 4steem approximately.

Akara is made from beans , after washing the beans it will be taken to machine where it will be grinded into paste , after then pepper, onions and little salt will be added before frying.
Pap. This food is prepared by socking corn in clean water for two -three days afterwards it will be washed from the socked water then take to the machine for grinding, the next was filtering to remove the shift when it settles the pap is ready to prepared with hot water.

this is indeed a beautiful food. In Ghana we call it "KOOSE", it is normally taken with porridge for morning breakfast. I always prefer it hot and indeed when is hot, the taste is exceptional.
I will recommend this to all bean lovers to try this food. it is one of the best street foods you could ever get outside your home.
