Only a fool would think that the he or she can exist on his own without God who is the creator of the heaven and the earth and everything that is in them. Moses, the servant of God, knew this and he therefore didn't tragically do anything without God's approval.
The Bible says, he demanded the presence of God going with them as they traveled through the wilderness to the Promised Land.
There a beautiful story of three fishes in the ocean living under the danger of sharks. They went to the Almighty God to request help concerning the risk of death approaching over them.
The first fish asked God for many eyes with the goal that it could see sharks drawing closer from any bearing and escape to safety. The second fish requested for wings so it could fly from the range of sharks at whenever they came after it.
The third fish just requested the presence of the Almighty God any place it went. The Lord granted all what they ask for, and they swam away joyfully. Not long after, sharks came after the first fish, and quickly, with its many eyes, it saw them coming!
The fish took a jump into a close by pond where the sharks couldn't go, and started to laugh at the sharks. Notwithstanding, the water in the pond before long started to dry up and this fish died.
The second fish ended up in the belly of an eagle, which was very surprised to have a scrumptious fish as its mid-flight meal. Rather than these, the third fish, which had carefully mentioned the presence of the Lord, swam about with no dread of death from savage sharks.
It was lounging in the safety that comes with the presence of the Lord. When the mother-shark would not follow it, the child shark asked its mom, "Why don't we eat this little fish?" The mother-shark warned it against having that king of thought, and the mother-skark pointed to the shadow of the Almighty God following the fish all over the place.
