To round this up, let me just list out the qualities of a romantic relationship and it is applicable to both single and the married:

1. Loyalty:

This talks about being committed to each other.

2. Trust:

Trusting your partner based on the trust you have both built over time.

3. Intimacy:

Deep emotional connection that has nothing to do with sex.

4. Respect:

Respect them as a person, even with your choice of words and also their privacy. Privacy in the sense of them wanting to be alone at some moment and it has nothing to do with the fact that they don't trust you or care enough to tell you. They will still tell you but learn to respect your partner to come around and talk about it later, not necessarily at the time you want them to.

5. Mutual Understanding:

Can two walk together except they agree? You can't agree on things when you don't learn to build understanding via communication. Mutual communication breeds or starts a romantic relationship.

I have more to say but they can't be exhausted all at once, so let me draw the curtains here but I would say this:

A relationship can start anywhere. I have seen people fall in love on the street, in a mall, in Church, in the library, on a plane, in a bus/taxi...anywhere. In fact, I have seen people fall in love in the zoo and the hippopotamus is my witness on that last one.
