Active Track - Great for Vloggers

in #dtube6 years ago

Hey Dtube fam, ever since I put out my first Ronin SC gimbal video, I have been asked to test the active track with the Canon 80D. I use the Samsung S8 to run the app. Usually I just film with my Panasonic G7 which is light and small.

I really like how you've been operating it. I thought I had used one but after seeing this I know I haven't. It seems like just the toy that I need, but then that would infer that I want to do videos. And we all know how I feel about that.

Upped and steemed

Oh you feel that upvote, girl ??? LOL First 100% with my new load :) No one I would rather test it on lol.

Oh I can see you doing some first person vids soon enough. IOW we are looking thru your eyes not at you.

Of course I will keep twisting your arm for doing more vids with your old pal. You know your fans want you to! We I always had a good time, even if you had to fake it LOL!!!

Omg! Love the new upvote! :)

How does it feel???

Oh, man! That's a beautiful set up!
I would LOVE to get a gimbal for my Canon M50. I love the camera but working without a tripod makes for some very shaky vids. If I could get the smoothness of a gimbal and tracking I would be in love. I have been looking into getting some track sliders too. One day.
Very cool! Thanks for sharing this!

Yeah the track sliders are just so non portable. I use my gimbal walking and talking and it is quite light and really helps smooth out the motion. Plus you can get some very cinematic shots like gliding over the crops :)

Really cool to see that thing follow you,. Paul. Did not even know they existed
