But this time it is different... Really it is not one country, other countries also issue debt in USD and other countries also hold USD debt. That is why there is rumor hinting that there is a domestic USD which will be devalued and for lack of a better term off-shore USD will stay at the same level.
Maybe a crypto SDR used as the US dollar for international settlement and our regular devalued garbage dollar here until they make that digital also. My guess is they are shooting for a paperless society so it would be easier to track every financial move you make.
