Well here is a great smoothie to boost your energy instead of coffee this smoothie is a fruit smoothie which is a great way to power up your day,this one is very powerful for breakfast ok first we need1cup of almond milk then add1peach PS you can use can peaches too here,then add 1\2 cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt then add 1tablespoon of raw honey then blend all together and add more almond milk if needed to make nice and smooth.ok here is a another great one for your energy in the morning instead of coffee this smoothie is really loaded here first we need 1\2 cup frozen strawberries then 1\4 cup of mango chunks then add 1\4 cup of red grapes then add1\4 cup of frozen sliced peaches then add 1\4 cup of frozen kale then add 1\4 chopped up carrot thyen add 1tablespoon of nonfat greek yogurt then add 1teaspoon of chia seeds then add 1\4 cup of green tea ok now this one with everythings will take more time to make but one can really see it is loaded great for a very long day where energy is needed for all day drop those energy drinks try this instead.
