Hello, Good morning food lovers!

Back to my daily normal life, cooking Arabic food since I just arrived from my short vacation. The first and second day upon my arrival they requested me to Cooked PANSIT!

Now it's time for me to cook the best for them. And we are also selling this food to those who love the taste. Actually I enhanced some Filipino way of cooking that is why Arabs loved it more. I changed the way how to make it and it is a secret to both of us my lady boss and me. I cooked 100 pots before I went to my vacation and when I arrived I learned nothing left. I cooked those food and keep frozen and reheat when there will be an order.

It is made of wheat grain, grinded and mixed with spices. Cooked it moderately for 1 1/2 hour. Keep cold and mashed it. But my entry for today is BIBINGKA NA TRIGO. This is their favorite food aside from rice so organic no yeast or baking powder in cooking. We can eat this with any kind of meat or fish or lentil soup.
