Travelling Diaries - THE FEAR

As I was announcing in my previous posts, I quit my job. I am starting out to travel the world with my partner, @thelifeofjord, who has also suggested getting on Steemit in the first place. :)

First off now in a couple of days flying to a wintery destination, then London for New Years' and then...well, the world.
We booked plane tickets, bus tickets, we are excited to get to new places and discover and film awesome hidden gems. We will be showing all these through videos and photos, Insta stories, and blog posts here on Steemit.

But I want to talk about fears, expectations, and the journey. I want to make a sort of travelling diaries that I will be sharing with you and along with my fashion diaries, show you different sides of travelling.
It's scary. Starting out. Quitting something to get on to a next bigger thing. Sometimes you think, even bigger than you. But it's amazing. It's amazing, just the ambition, dedication and love for what you want to do. Getting over your boundaries and putting your energy into it.

The fear. We all have it. Come on, maybe everyday we might a little bit afraid of something. Afraid of learning how to swim, or of diving into a new relationship. Afraid of getting yourself out there and speak in front of a crowd, even if that crowd means 10 people :) Afraid of opening up to someone, because you are afraid they might judge. Afraid you are plunging into a new business and you're not an entrepreneur. Afraid of having no plans.

But that's ok. It's ok to feel that. It's not ok to not try to overcome it. Whatever it is, whatever you feel you might be scared of, DON'T run away. Stay there. And make it into a success. Don't stay under water because you are panicking and can't breathe. Get up there and own it, be brave and the person you want to look up to and say "yeah, I am proud".

So the fear is there just to push you FURTHER. To make you overcome it. You're better than anything, and anyone. Remember that.
