But I'll love to share the few verse of the scripture for easy understandinh.

First and foremost...

I'll love to define the term PRICE

OXFORD dictionary defined PRICE as....

"Something that must be done or given to have something

Some that has to come in form of exchange. It makes me to remember the trade by bater system. What a wonderful God we serve 👏👏👏. We'll be examining the journey of Judah and tamar..

Let's start from the marriage foundation of JUDAH

I CALLED IT THE FAULTY FOUNDATION

(Gen.1-5)

It came to pass at that time that Judah departed from his brothers, and visited a certain Adullamite whose name was Hirah. And Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite whose name was Shua, and he married her and went in to her. So she conceived and bore a son, and he called his name Er. She conceived again and bore a son, and she called his name Onan. And she conceived yet again and bore a son, and called his name Shelah. He was at Chezib when she bore him.

First FAULT

Judah departed from his brothers: Judah, the fourth-born son of Jacob through Leah (Reuben, Simeon, and Levi were before him), had not yet distinguished himself as someone great among his brothers.

NOTE: Judah haven't discovered his purpose during this period

You that you've not discovered your purpose and thinking of going into marriage... you're making a very big mistake. Think twice

The second FAULT

MARRYING THE WRONG PARTNER

And Judah saw there a daughter of a certain Canaanite whose name was Shua, and he married her:

Through an ungodly and unwise marriage to a Canaanite woman, Judah fathered three sons: Er , Onan , and Shelah. I think you want to know the reason why I said his married was ungodly??? 🤷‍♂.....

Note: there is always a price to pay for exchange

Think wise before getting married and for you not to choose a wrong partner....... Please let all singles come outside.

The reason why I said Judah's marriage was ungodly is... Marriage with Canaanite women had been discouraged among the patriarchs and those connected to them [read](Genesis 24:3 , 28:1, 28:8 ).

The Canaanite neighbors were rapidly corrupting the family of Israel. & Their future looked like a combination of corruption and assimilation. God had a plan to bring the Israelites out of Canaan. That relationship you're right now.... is it Godly or ungodly???Don't deceive yourself and stop deceiving yourself.

Did you even seek the face of God & elderly advice on it before you said Yes to that brother????

My brother; come here! Did you really prayed on that relationship as you claimed to that sister or you just lied to her that God said she's the one?

You cannot deceive or mock God!

YOU'LL PAY THE PRICE ONE DAY......
